Acceptable Use Policy

General rule

Customers may run lawful workloads and control their operating system. Use must not harm other customers, the Tungsto network or third parties.

Prohibited activity

Prohibited uses include malware distribution, credential theft, unauthorized access, denial-of-service attacks, trafficking in illegal material, exploitation of minors, spam, deceptive impersonation and deliberate intellectual-property infringement.

Open relays, unmanaged reflection services and scanning that causes complaints may be filtered or suspended until remediated.

Resource and network integrity

Customers must keep systems patched, prevent compromised services from attacking others and respond to verified abuse reports. IP allocations may not be announced, transferred or reassigned outside the service without written approval.

Enforcement

Tungsto evaluates context, severity and recurrence. Responses may include notice, traffic filtering, isolation, suspension or termination. Immediate containment may occur when delay creates material risk.

Reports

Reports should include timestamps, source and destination addresses, supporting logs and a contact channel. Good-faith reports are reviewed without requiring access to customer workload content beyond what is lawfully provided.
