Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern access to Tungsto bare-metal rentals, refurbished hardware sales and the customer control panel. By creating an account or placing an order, the account holder accepts these Terms and confirms legal capacity to contract.

Accounts use a username and password without identity verification. The absence of KYC does not waive these Terms, applicable law or the Acceptable Use Policy.

Orders, provisioning and ownership

A rental grants time-limited use of a physical server; title to rented equipment remains with Tungsto. Provisioning normally takes 20 to 90 minutes and begins after sufficient cleared account balance is available.

Hardware-sale title transfers only after full payment and dispatch. Condition, tested components and any limited warranty are stated on the individual quote or invoice.

Billing and renewal

Prices are denominated in USD and paid from the account ledger funded by supported cryptocurrency deposits. The server-side catalogue price controls an order. Volume discounts apply automatically at the documented thresholds.

Renewal is attempted 24 hours before expiry. A server with insufficient funds is stopped at expiry, retained for a 72-hour grace period, then securely wiped and returned to inventory unless payment is restored.

Customer responsibilities

The account holder protects credentials, keeps recoverable copies of data and uses the service lawfully. Tungsto does not provide a backup unless a separate backup option is ordered.

Actions performed with valid account credentials are treated as authorized until Tungsto receives and acts on a credible compromise report.

Suspension, termination and law

Tungsto may restrict or suspend service to contain a security event, comply with legal process, protect the network or address a material policy breach. Where practicable, notice and an opportunity to cure are provided.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections, where applicable, are not displaced.
