Draft service policy

Privacy Policy

Draft for operator and legal review before publication or accepting orders. Confirm service commitments and applicable terms.

Website operator

Tungsto is operated by gpucrypt LLC.

Data minimization

Registration collects a username and password verifier. Tungsto does not require an email address, phone number or identity document for standard account creation.

Operational records include session identifiers, security events, payment transaction references, ledger entries, orders, assigned addresses, support messages and server-control actions.

Purpose and retention

Data is processed to authenticate accounts, settle deposits, provision equipment, operate networks, prevent duplicate credits, answer support requests and meet legal obligations.

Ledger and invoice records are retained as required for accounting and dispute handling. Session and detailed security logs use shorter retention periods appropriate to investigation and service reliability.

Workload privacy

Tungsto does not proactively inspect files or applications running on rented servers. Network and management metadata may be processed to deliver traffic, defend infrastructure, investigate incidents and respond to valid legal requests.

Processors and transfers

Infrastructure, network, payment-detection and support suppliers receive only the data needed for their role. Data may be processed in the United States where the three datacenters operate.

Choices and contact

Use the public Contact form to request access, correction or closure. An account handle in that form does not authenticate ownership; account-specific requests require separate verification. Some accounting and security records may require retention; confirm the applicable retention policy with the operator.

Policy contact

Questions can be submitted through the contact page; account-specific requests require separate ownership verification. This document is written for operational clarity and does not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
