Refund Policy

Account balance

Unused cleared account balance may be requested for withdrawal in a cryptocurrency previously used to fund the account. Withdrawals are reviewed manually and blockchain fees may reduce the amount sent.

Server rental charges

A rental period is non-refundable after a server has been provisioned, except where required by law or where Tungsto cannot deliver the ordered configuration and no acceptable substitute is agreed.

Provisioning failure

If provisioning fails, contact the operator with the order reference for manual review. Automatic reversal is not implemented. Any approved adjustment must be recorded separately in the ledger; the original entry is not edited or hidden.

Refurbished hardware

Return eligibility, testing window, shipping responsibility and restocking conditions are stated on the hardware quote. Items materially different from the quoted specification may be returned under the quoted process.

How to request

For a refund review, use the public Contact form and provide the order or ledger reference without account secrets. Account ownership must be verified separately. Withdrawal requests are available in Billing and are processed manually; a request is not proof of an on-chain transfer. Confirm eligibility, fees and the supported destination with the operator.
