Account & access
Create a Tungsto account and save your recovery code
Register with a username and password, preserve your one-time recovery code, and check that your account is ready before adding balance.
On this page
Before you start
- A browser on a device you trust, opened at the Tungsto address.
- A place to save a unique password and a separate recovery code.
- A username containing 3–32 letters, numbers, underscores or hyphens.
Understand the account you are creating
A Tungsto account uses a username and password. The standard registration form does not ask for an email address, telephone number or identity document. That also means there is no email reset link if you lose access. Your recovery code is the second way back into the account, so saving it is part of registration rather than an optional task for later.
The account holds your balance, ledger history, orders and assigned servers. Creating it does not place an order or reserve hardware. You can inspect the catalogue and prepare a configuration before making a deposit. Use one account you can reliably retain access to; starting another account does not transfer the first account’s balance or machines.
Complete registration
- Open Create account and choose your username. Spaces and punctuation other than a hyphen or underscore are not accepted. Letter case does not create a different username.
- Enter a unique password between 12 and 200 characters. Save the exact password before continuing; spaces in the password are significant.
- Read and select the acknowledgement that you have saved your password and understand there is no email reset.
- Select Create account and wait for the result. If registration succeeds, the form is replaced by a recovery code.
- Save the full recovery code, including its hyphens. Select I saved it — open dashboard only after checking your saved copy.
Check the result
The dashboard should load your username and available balance. A new account has no funded balance or assigned server unless a separate action has added them. Registration signs you in automatically; you do not need to create the account again before opening Billing or Order server.
Before closing the page, verify that your saved entry identifies the correct site and username. Store the recovery code where you can reach it if your usual password storage is unavailable. Do not test recovery merely to check the code: successful recovery changes the password, ends existing sessions and replaces the code.
Resolve common registration problems
- Username unavailable: choose another username. If you think the account is already yours, use Sign in or account recovery instead of repeatedly registering it.
- Invalid username or password: follow the displayed character and length requirements, then submit once more.
- Too many attempts: stop submitting and wait before trying again. Repeated attempts can keep you within the same limit window.
- Service unavailable or unreadable response: registration has not been confirmed. Wait and try again, or use Contact if the problem continues. A page loading does not mean that an account was created.
- No recovery code was saved: if you can still see the success screen, save it now. The dashboard does not provide a button to display it again.
Prepare your first order
Once access is secured, review the exact hardware, location, operating system, term and quantity you need. The order screen calculates an estimate, and the service checks the price, available balance and regional capacity when you submit. A deposit is a separate action; do not send cryptocurrency until a live address has been generated for the asset and network you intend to use.
