Before you start

  • A signed-in account with sufficient available balance.
  • An asset that has previously credited this account through a deposit.
  • A destination controlled by you on the selected asset’s network.

Understand what a withdrawal request does

The withdrawal form asks for an asset, a destination and an amount in USD. It records a request for manual review and places a hold on that amount in the account ledger. It does not immediately broadcast a transfer or display a final cryptocurrency amount, network fee or settlement time.

You must choose an asset that previously produced a deposit credit on this account. Merely generating an address or sending an uncredited transfer does not meet that condition. Check your ledger if you are unsure which assets have funded the account, and use the selected asset’s network when checking the destination.

Prepare the request carefully

Obtain the receiving address from your own wallet or receiving service. Read its asset and network requirements and verify the full address before submitting. The form’s basic destination check is not a guarantee that the address belongs to you or that a receiving service can accept the transfer.

Review upcoming renewals before selecting the amount. Once the withdrawal hold is created, that portion of the balance cannot fund another order or renewal. Withdrawing remaining balance does not cancel a server, disable automatic renewal or replace an explicit service-ending arrangement.

Submit for review

  1. Open Billing and locate Request remaining balance.
  2. Choose Asset used to deposit. Select an asset with an actual deposit credit in this account’s history.
  3. Enter the complete destination and the USD amount requested. Follow the amount validation displayed by the form.
  4. Check the destination, network and remaining balance once more, then select Request withdrawal.
  5. Wait for the confirmation containing the withdrawal reference and pending manual review status. Save that reference with the request details.
  6. Review the Withdrawal hold entry in the ledger. Reload Billing to refresh the available-balance figure.

Handle validation and uncertain results

  • Asset not funded: choose an asset previously credited to the account. A deposit address by itself is not enough.
  • Amount exceeds available balance: reload Billing and compare the requested amount with the current spendable balance, including existing holds and recent renewals.
  • Invalid withdrawal: review the asset, destination and amount; do not bypass validation by entering a placeholder destination.
  • Request already recorded: do not submit another request with different details until you have checked the earlier result.
  • The browser lost the response: refresh the ledger and look for a new withdrawal hold. A failed display does not prove that the request failed to save.

Keep the reference for operator follow-up

This version has no withdrawal-status page, cancellation button or withdrawal-status API endpoint. Keep the original confirmation rather than expecting to reopen a detailed request record later. For a destination correction, an uncertain submission or a pending review question, submit a billing contact request with the withdrawal reference and a clear description.

The contact form records your message and returns a reference; it does not provide an in-account conversation view. Preserve that reference and the reply secret you chose. Do not include a wallet seed, private key, account password or recovery code. Until the operator confirms the settlement details, do not promise the incoming funds to another party or infer a completion deadline from the hold alone.
