Follow the Bitcoin payment stages
Select BTC on the Bitcoin network in Billing to view its fixed receiving address, and agree manual handling before sending. Check the full address and network before sending from a wallet or exchange. Save the transaction reference, destination, amount, and sending time; do not rely on a screenshot that omits the complete address.
The legacy provider adapter specifies 1 Bitcoin confirmations. The following table describes that separate adapter, not the manual panel, which generates no address and detects or credits no transfer.

Understand what is converted and recorded
The account does not store BTC as a spendable balance. The manual address panel does not convert a BTC transfer into USD credit; verified reconciliation must be connected separately. Orders and renewals are priced and debited in USD, allowing one funded balance to be used across configurations and rental terms.
Billing shows no expected USD credit or provider quote before sending. Treat BTC sent and USD later credited as separate values. Tungsto adds no deposit fee, but wallets, exchanges, or the network may charge their own costs.

Treat BTC payment and account privacy as separate questions
Standard Tungsto registration does not request an email address, phone number, legal name, or identity document. That limits signup data, but it does not make a BTC transaction or a server session anonymous. Transaction references, sending-service records, timing, IP traffic, and operational metadata can create links outside the registration form.
Tungsto retains the payment, ledger, order, address, session, security, and control records needed to operate. Choose privacy measures for your own risk model, and never share wallet or account secrets.

Diagnose payment delay before server delay
If credit is not visible, first verify BTC, the Bitcoin network, the destination, transaction reference, and confirmation progress in the sending record. A sent or detected transfer below the required threshold cannot fund an order. A transfer to the wrong asset or network route may be unrecoverable, and no automated conversion should be assumed.
Payment and physical provisioning are separate timelines. With sufficient credit, an accepted order records the debit and queues provisioning. Accepted or Queued is not completed installation, and the hardware window excludes payment confirmation time.

Plan renewals separately from Bitcoin node operation
Automatic renewal spends available USD ledger balance near the server's paid-through time. Agree manual funding arrangements before relying on a BTC transfer for renewal; confirmation alone does not create ledger credit in this panel. The paid-through timestamp, not the wallet's send time, defines the end of the current rental period.
Paying with BTC does not install Bitcoin Core. A full node has separate storage, verification, bandwidth, security, backup, and maintenance requirements. Size that workload with the node guide.

Questions before you order
Can I pay through the Lightning Network?
Lightning is not listed as an accepted route. Use BTC on the Bitcoin network and only the destination returned in Billing; do not assume conversion or recovery from another layer.
When can I spend a Bitcoin transfer?
Only after USD credit is actually recorded. The legacy adapter's 1 confirmation setting is not an automatic-credit rule for manual top-ups; transfer matching is not connected.
Does paying with Bitcoin make the dedicated server anonymous?
No. Signup requests less identity data, but BTC and sending-platform records, IP traffic, timing, and operational metadata may remain observable. Use workload-appropriate privacy controls.
Is a Bitcoin full node installed when I pay with BTC?
No. BTC funds the rental. Installing a full node is a separate workload involving storage, bandwidth, verification, updates, security, and backups. Consult the node guide first.
