01
Choose an asset and network as one payment method
A cryptocurrency symbol alone is not enough to identify a deposit route. Tungsto treats the asset and network as one combined choice. Support for a token on one chain does not imply support for the same symbol on another chain. Always select the pair in Billing and use the address returned for that pair.
Bitcoin, Monero, and USDT on TRC-20 have dedicated guides because their risks differ. Ethereum, USDC on ERC-20, Solana, and Litecoin are also covered by the legacy provider catalogue. The table below records that adapter's settings, not the current manual panel, which shows no confirmation threshold and credits no transfers.
Choose an asset and network as one payment method| Payment route | Network | Legacy provider confirmation reference |
|---|
| BTC | Bitcoin | 1 |
|---|
| XMR | Monero | 10 |
|---|
| USDT | TRC-20 | 19 |

| Other supported choices | Use the network named in Billing | See the separate provider integration guide |

02
Review the fixed destination before sending
Open Billing, choose the intended asset and network, and view its fixed receiving address. Verify the full destination and agree manual handling with the operator before approving any transfer in your wallet or exchange. Do not construct an address, substitute one from another service, or assume that an address for a different asset is compatible.
An address does not prove that a transfer was sent or received. Save the reference, destination, asset, network, amount, and time; these details support later reconciliation.
03
Distinguish sent, confirming, and credited
A wallet's Sent status is not spendable account balance. The manual panel does not detect transfers, count confirmations or create a deposit-credit entry. Confirmations do not activate automatic credit for a fixed receiving address; manual reconciliation is not connected.
Billing shows no provider quote or expected USD credit before sending. The coin amount and later USD credit are separate values. Check the completed ledger entry before ordering or renewing. The separate provider adapter prevents duplicate credit when configured; the manual panel processes no payment notifications.
04
Allow for network costs and settlement time
Tungsto adds no deposit fee. Wallets, exchanges, or networks may charge mining, gas, withdrawal, or other costs. These are external and do not change the USD server price.
Confirmation speed varies with the selected network and conditions outside Tungsto. Manual transaction matching is not connected, so a confirmed transfer is not automatically reported as account credit. Fund the account early enough that the ledger credit is visible before an order or paid-through deadline; an uncredited transfer cannot pay for a server or complete a renewal.
05
Use one USD ledger across the server catalogue
The account uses a USD-denominated ledger rather than separate BTC, XMR, or token balances. The manual panel adds no entries; recorded credits, orders, renewals, and withdrawal holds remain separate accounting events. The available balance is calculated from that history, which keeps the original reason for each change visible.
Once sufficient credit is available, choose among 15 bare-metal configurations, a US region, an operating system, and a weekly or 30-day term. Catalogue prices start at $21 and $69. Submitting an order checks the current price, balance, and regional capacity before recording the order and its debit.
06
Reduce the risk of an unrecoverable transfer
The highest-risk mistake is sending the wrong asset or using a network other than the one displayed for the address. Such a transfer will not match the expected deposit and may be unrecoverable. Do not make an unsupported test transfer expecting it to be converted automatically.
If a transfer does not appear, compare the asset, network, destination, reference, and confirmations with your sending record. Keep wallet seeds, private keys, passwords, and recovery codes out of support messages. Preserve the transaction reference before contacting billing.

Questions before you order
Does Tungsto keep separate cryptocurrency balances?
No. The account ledger is denominated in USD; the manual address panel does not create credit. Recorded credits, orders, renewals, and withdrawal holds are separate entries. A wallet's Sent status is not spendable Tungsto balance.
Can I send a supported token on any network?
No. Each displayed method specifies an asset-and-network pair, even when several methods share the same receiving address. Select the exact pair in Billing; a same-named token on another chain may be unrecoverable.
Can one confirmed deposit pay for any server?
Yes, once sufficient USD credit is visible. At submission, Tungsto checks the selected hardware, region, operating system, term, quantity, price, balance, and regional capacity.
Can I withdraw unused cleared balance?
Yes, using an asset that previously funded the account. The USD amount is held for manual review; submitting the request does not send funds immediately.
