01
Send SOL through the Solana route shown in Billing
Select SOL on the Solana network in Billing to view its fixed receiving address, and agree manual handling before sending. Verify the complete address and asset in the sending wallet or exchange. Do not substitute a token account, bridged asset, wrapped representation, or destination copied from another service.
The asset-and-network pair must match the fixed receiving method selected in Billing. If an exchange presents several withdrawal choices, review the final screen rather than trusting a remembered address. A mismatched transfer may not be associated with the expected deposit and may be unrecoverable.
02
Separate provider confirmation from manual funding
The legacy provider adapter specifies 32 confirmations. The manual panel is separate: it does not monitor SOL transfers, count confirmations or create USD credit. A wallet's Sent or an exchange's Completed message does not create Tungsto balance.
The separate provider adapter prevents repeated credit for one Solana transfer when configured; the manual panel processes no notifications. Save the destination, transaction reference, amount, and time, then check the final ledger entry. A live transfer-in-progress view is not a substitute for the sending record you control.
03
Separate network cost from USD settlement
Tungsto adds no deposit fee, but a wallet, exchange, or the Solana network may charge transaction or withdrawal costs. Those external charges do not change the server price. Review how the sender displays the amount, fee, destination, and network before approval.
Billing does not show a provider quote or expected USD credit before sending. The outgoing SOL amount and the later USD ledger entry are separate values. Confirm sufficient credited balance before submitting an order or expecting an automatic renewal to succeed.
04
Use the ledger credit for a bare-metal rental
After credit, choose hardware, a US region, operating system, weekly or 30-day term, and quantity. The order checks price, balance, and capacity at submission. A physical-server configuration is not reserved merely because the catalogue page was opened.
Order acceptance records the debit and creates provisioning records. Provisioning or Queued confirms receipt of the workflow, not completed installation. Allow separately for payment settlement and the published hardware provisioning window before planning a production cutover.
05
Paying in SOL does not provision a validator
SOL is the funding method only. Tungsto does not automatically install validator, RPC, indexing, wallet, or monitoring software. Those workloads require their own current protocol requirements, key management, security plan, storage, network behavior, maintenance, and operator expertise.
Payment choice also does not guarantee anonymity. Sending-platform records, transfer references, account timing, IP traffic, and operational metadata may remain observable. Keep wallet seeds, private keys, passwords, and recovery codes secret; use only non-secret transfer details if reconciliation is needed.

Questions before you order
Can I send a wrapped or bridged SOL asset?
No. Use SOL on the Solana network shown in Billing. A wrapped, bridged, or similarly named asset is a different route and may be unrecoverable.
When does SOL become spendable Tungsto balance?
Only after USD credit is actually recorded. The legacy adapter's 32 confirmations setting is not a credit rule for manual top-ups; wallet or exchange completion alone is not spendable balance.
Does a SOL-funded server include validator setup?
No. SOL only funds the account. Validator or RPC deployment, keys, software, monitoring, updates, and protocol-specific operation remain the customer's responsibility.
