The offer

Weekly and 30-day prices for all 15 configurations

Every configuration rents for 7 days or 30 days: same hardware, same inclusions, two prepaid terms.

A 7-day term buys the whole machine for one week: its CPU, memory and local drives, plus an unmetered port, an IPv4 /29, an IPv6 /64, IPMI/KVM access and baseline DDoS protection. The main benefit is a short commitment without a short spec sheet. The entry model already has 64 GB of RAM and NVMe storage for $17, and each model name below links to its full specification.

How to read the table: on every configuration, three 7-day terms cost less than one 30-day term, and a fourth week costs more. Rent by the week for jobs of up to 21 days and choose the 30-day term from day 22. Orders of 2, 4 and 8 or more identical servers get 5%, 8% and 10% off, on weekly and 30-day terms alike.

Why Tungsto

Why choose Tungsto for a short-term dedicated server

Five differences that matter when a job lasts days, not months.

A week is a real term

Every model rents for 7 days, so you pay for the test, event or migration window you need instead of a monthly minimum. Even three weeks cost less than one 30-day term on every configuration.

64 GB from $17

The entry Ryzen 5 3600 brings 6 cores, 64 GB DDR4 and 2×512 GB NVMe. A full test stack or game server fits for the week, and with no setup fee your first week costs exactly the list price.

Whole machine, network included

No other tenant shares the host, so benchmarks measure the hardware. The unmetered port (10 Gbps on EPYC), IPv4 /29, IPv6 /64 and IPMI/KVM access are in the list price, even for 7 days.

Prepaid in crypto, capped by you

Your account holds a USD balance topped up in BTC, ETH, USDT-TRC20, USDC-ERC20, XMR, SOL or LTC. No card sits on file: renewal can only spend what you chose to deposit, and Tungsto adds no deposit fee. Deposits start at $20 and are credited within about a minute once the network confirmations are reached.

Crypto payment methods →

No email, no ID

Signup is a username, a password and a recovery code you keep offline. A one-week job does not require handing over a name, a phone number or an identity document.

When a 7-day term beats a monthly contract or hourly cloud

A week is long enough to build, run and tear down a real job, and short enough that you stop paying when it is done. These are the jobs it fits best.

  • Load tests and benchmarks. Measure an application on unshared hardware, repeat the runs and compare models. The EPYC 7402P gives 24 cores and a 10 Gbps port for $48 per 7 days.
  • Launches and event weekends. Add capacity for a release, a sale or a tournament, then let the term end.
  • Migrations. Run the new server beside the old one while data syncs and DNS moves. If the cutover slips, the next 7 days renew from your balance.
  • Game-server weekends. Host a community event on a Ryzen 7 5800X with 64 GB for $22 per 7 days.
  • Node sync and chain tests. Sync a blockchain node on NVMe, or test a node setup before committing to a month.
  • Data jobs and staging. Process a dataset on the Dual EPYC 7763 (128 cores, 1 TB RAM) for $216 per 7 days, or stage data on the 192 TB raw storage server for $84 per 7 days.

Weekly, hourly or monthly: how Tungsto compares

Short-term buyers usually weigh three models: hourly bare metal, monthly dedicated hosts and a prepaid week. The table below uses each provider's own published pages, as of 25 September 2026.

What it means for a short job. For work measured in hours, Cherry Servers' hourly billing from €0.08 per hour is the cheaper model, and hosts that advertise 10 to 12 minute deployment hand over hardware faster than Tungsto's 20–90 minute window. Once a job spans days, the 7-day term changes the arithmetic: RedSwitches bills by the month at minimum, so its cheapest US listing costs $129.58 even if you need one week, while a 64 GB Ryzen 5 3600 at Tungsto costs $17 for 7 days.

Where Tungsto fits. Choose it for multi-day jobs in Dallas, Ashburn or Portland when a fixed prepaid week, payment in XMR or USDT-TRC20 and a signup without email or ID matter more than minute-level billing. Cherry Servers lists no Monero and asks for an ID check for card and automatic payments; Hivelocity takes Bitcoin only, through BitPay.

Renewal, grace period and how a weekly rental ends

Renewal is automatic and works only from your prepaid USD balance, so a week never turns into an open-ended bill.

  1. Final 24 hours. Tungsto attempts renewal before the paid-through time. A successful debit adds 7 days from the previous paid-through time, at the unit price and discount recorded for your order.
  2. Balance too low. No renewal is recorded. At paid-through the server is suspended, a power-off is queued and a 72-hour grace deadline starts.
  3. Balance arrives during grace. Renewal can be retried before the grace deadline; a successful debit returns the server to Active, and the new 7 days count from the previous expiry, not from your payment.
  4. Grace ends. The server moves to Reclaiming and a secure wipe is queued. Keep your own backups before the paid term ends.

A pending crypto transfer is not spendable balance until it is credited within about a minute once the network confirmations are reached, so top up before the final 24-hour window opens, not during it. To finish after a single week, leave less spendable balance than the renewal amount (a withdrawal request places a hold on balance), or send a stop request through the contact form well before the final 24 hours and count on it once the operator confirms it.

Paying in crypto without KYC: the exact scope

You fund a USD balance, and orders and renewals are debited from it in USD. Seven assets are listed: Bitcoin on-chain (not Lightning), native ETH on Ethereum mainnet, USDT on TRON (TRC-20), USDC on Ethereum (ERC-20), Monero, native SOL and Litecoin. Send only on the listed network, because other chains, Layer-2 routes and wrapped tokens are not interchangeable.

Standard signup takes a 3–32 character username and a 12–200 character password, then displays a recovery code a single time. There is no email or phone reset, so store that code offline. No email, phone number, legal name, identity document or facial scan is requested. Tungsto records what running the service requires: sessions, security events, payment references, ledger entries, orders, assigned addresses, support messages and control requests. Account-specific requests such as refunds or deletion need separate ownership verification, and the Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, abuse handling and valid legal process all keep applying.

No KYC means no identity profile at signup, not anonymity: an exchange, a blockchain or a network path can still link activity to you.

Before you pay: straight answers

Total cost. The list price is the cost of the term: $17 to $216 for 7 days, with no setup fee and no Tungsto deposit fee; the only extra is your wallet's network fee. Quote-based options (extra IPv4, a 10 Gbps upgrade on Ryzen or Xeon, advanced DDoS protection, hardware RAID, off-site backup) and licences such as Windows Server are priced separately.

Trust. Tungsto is operated by gpucrypt LLC of Staten Island, New York. Prices, specifications and provisioning windows are published for all 15 models, and the Terms, Refund Policy and Acceptable Use Policy are public.

Availability. Your account can be created today; deposits and ordering open inside it at launch. Capacity for your model in Dallas, Ashburn or Portland is checked when you submit the order rather than promised in advance.

Payment. You send crypto only when you top up the balance, from $20 (USD 20 equivalent in crypto). Orders and renewals are USD debits from that balance, so the price of a week does not move with the coin you paid in.

KYC. No identity document, email or phone number is requested at standard signup, for a 7-day term or a 30-day one.

Delays. Your hardware is prepared and installed for you. The published window is 20–45 minutes for the entry Ryzen and Xeon models and up to 90 minutes for storage servers and the largest EPYC builds. It starts once enough cleared balance is available (a deposit is credited within about a minute once the network confirmations are reached) and runs inside your term, so even 90 minutes uses less than 1% of a 7-day rental.

Conditions. Terms are prepaid and there is no self-service early termination. A provisioned rental is non-refundable except where law requires it or the ordered configuration cannot be delivered. Balance you never spent can be requested back in a cryptocurrency you used to fund the account, after manual review; network fees may reduce the amount sent.

Our recommendation

Rent Tungsto by the week if your job lasts between one day and three weeks, needs a whole machine with 64 GB or more in Dallas, Ashburn or Portland, and you want to pay in crypto from an account with no email or ID. Start with the Ryzen 5 3600 at $17 for tests and game servers, the EPYC 7402P at $48 when you need 24 cores and 10 Gbps, or a storage server when the job is moving data.

Look elsewhere if you want billing by the hour for jobs of a few hours, need hardware handed over within minutes, need a location outside the US, or want a managed service with backups included.

What to do now: register a username, keep the recovery code somewhere other than the machine you work on, shortlist a configuration in the catalogue, and price multi-server orders in the cost calculator. When your Billing page shows deposits enabled, fund the balance and order your first 7 days.

FAQ

Weekly dedicated server FAQ

Short answers to the questions short-term buyers ask most.

Does Tungsto offer hourly billing for dedicated servers?

No. The shortest term is 7 days, from $17. For a job of a few hours, an hourly host will usually cost less; for anything that runs for days, a prepaid 7-day term gives you a whole machine at a fixed price with no setup fee.

Is a weekly dedicated server the same as a VPS?

No. Each rental assigns one complete physical server, not a virtual machine or a share of a host. The CPU, memory and drives in the listing are yours alone for the term, and you can install your own hypervisor if you want virtual machines.

When is the 30-day term cheaper than renting by the week?

From the fourth week. On all 15 configurations, three 7-day terms cost less than one 30-day term and four cost more. For the Ryzen 5 3600, three weeks cost $51 and 30 days cost $55.

Can I rent several servers for one week?

Yes. One order can hold 1 to 16 identical servers, with 5% off for 2–3, 8% off for 4–7 and 10% off for 8 or more. Eight Ryzen 5 3600 servers for 7 days come to $122.40 at the 10% tier.

Which operating systems can I install for a one-week rental?

Ubuntu, Debian, Rocky Linux, AlmaLinux, Windows Server, Proxmox VE, VMware ESXi, TrueNAS or pfSense, or you can request a custom ISO. Commercial licences and subscriptions are not included unless the order says so.

Where are the weekly servers located?

In three US regions: Dallas, Texas (DAL), Ashburn, Virginia (IAD) and Portland, Oregon (PDX). You choose the region for each order, and capacity for your model is checked when the order is submitted.

Is bandwidth metered on a 7-day rental?

No. Every rental includes an unmetered port, 1 Gbps on Ryzen and Xeon and 10 Gbps on EPYC, so there is no per-GB charge. Unmetered describes billing; it is not a guarantee of throughput on every network path.

Can I pay for a weekly server with Monero?

Yes. Monero is one of seven listed assets, next to Bitcoin, Ether, Tether on TRON, USD Coin on Ethereum, Solana and Litecoin. Deposits open in your account at launch, start at $20 and are credited to a USD balance within about a minute once the network confirmations are reached; paying with Monero does not by itself make server use anonymous.

How do I stop a weekly rental after one term?

Renewal only draws on your spendable USD balance. If that balance is below the renewal amount when the final 24-hour window runs, the rental ends at its paid-through time: the server is suspended for a 72-hour grace period, after which it is reclaimed and a secure wipe is queued. You can also send a stop request through the contact form well before that window and count on it once the operator confirms it.
